TERMS OF USE
Effective October 10, 2026. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Orbvue, including the website at orbvue.com, its tools and the optional Orbvue Pro subscription (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Align AI Studio LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
1. The Service
Orbvue presents open-source public data and provides consent-based tools: a live world map, domain/IP recon, a blockchain wallet explorer, breach-exposure checks, public-records search, a username checker, opt-in crew location sharing and in-browser image-metadata analysis. Orbvue Pro adds breach monitoring with email alerts.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 13 to use the free tools, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to create an Orbvue Pro account or subscribe.
- Pro accounts are passwordless: you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
Use the Service only for lawful research on public data, on assets you own or are authorized to assess, and on people who have explicitly consented. You must not:
- stalk, harass, dox, or attempt to identify, locate or profile a private person;
- check or monitor an email address that isn’t yours (or that you don’t have the owner’s permission to check), or use Crew to locate anyone without their knowledge;
- attempt credential stuffing, unauthorized access, or port/vulnerability scanning of systems you don’t control;
- use results for FCRA-regulated purposes (employment, tenancy, credit or insurance decisions);
- use blockchain analysis to accuse anyone (address clustering is probabilistic);
- scrape, overload, resell or reverse-engineer the Service, or bypass rate limits or access controls.
4. What Orbvue does not do
- No private or unsecured camera access, no leaked-record or breached-password lookup (breach checks show only breach names, dates and data types), no port scanning, no .onion crawling, no covert tracking, no people-search, no face recognition.
- Username results show only whether a public profile URL responds, not that accounts belong to the same person. Domain recon is passive unless you prove ownership with a DNS TXT record.
5. Orbvue Pro subscriptions
- Price. Orbvue Pro costs $12 per month or $99 per year (USD), plus any applicable taxes, as shown at checkout.
- Billing. Payments are processed by PayPal under PayPal’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. We never receive your full card or bank details.
- Cancellation. Cancel any time from your Pro dashboard or your PayPal account. Cancellation stops future renewals; Pro features remain available until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not refunded. If something went wrong, contact us. We’re reasonable.
- Changes. We may change prices or plan features with at least 30 days’ notice by email; changes apply from your next renewal. If you don’t agree, cancel before then.
- Failed payments. If PayPal reports your subscription as cancelled, suspended or expired, Pro access ends and monitoring pauses. Watched addresses are deleted 30 days after access ends.
6. Monitoring has limits
Breach monitoring relies on Have I Been Pwned and only covers breaches that HIBP has loaded. Not every breach is ever discovered or published, alerts may be delayed, and email delivery can fail. Orbvue Pro is an awareness tool, not a guarantee of security, identity-theft insurance or a substitute for your own precautions.
7. Emails
Pro accounts receive transactional emails (sign-in codes, verification codes, subscription notices) and breach alerts for addresses you monitor. Every alert includes a one-click unsubscribe; you can also pause alerts per address or stop all email from your dashboard.
8. Partner links
Some tools display clearly labelled partner links to third-party products. We may earn a commission from purchases made through them, at no extra cost to you. Recommendations never influence lookup results. Third-party products are governed by their own terms. See our Disclosure.
9. Third-party data
Each data provider’s terms apply: USGS, CelesTrak, OpenSky Network, adsb.lol (ODbL), The GDELT Project, Open-Meteo (CC BY 4.0), NASA EONET, wheretheiss.at, Cloudflare DNS, RDAP registries, crt.sh, SSLMate CertSpotter, ipinfo.io, RIPE NCC RIPEstat, Blockstream, mempool.space, Blockscout, Blockchair, Natural Earth, SEC EDGAR (fair-access policy), GLEIF (CC0), OpenCorporates, UK Companies House, Have I Been Pwned (CC BY 4.0 and its acceptable-use policy), Pwned Passwords, the listed username platforms, exifr (MIT), Leaflet (BSD) and Esri basemaps. Data is provided as-is; we don’t guarantee its accuracy, completeness or availability.
10. Intellectual property
The Orbvue name, design and software are owned by Align AI Studio LLC. You may use the Service for personal or internal business purposes under these Terms. Third-party data remains subject to its owners’ licenses.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALIGN AI STUDIO LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $50.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Align AI Studio LLC harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms or the law.
14. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your Pro account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Valid legal process will be honored.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, for Pro subscribers, notified by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
